Michelle joined ABI’s Community Association Division in February 2021. Previously she worked in the commercial and personal lines insurance industry after obtaining several insurance licenses in 2019. Before working in the insurance industry, Michelle had careers in retail management and banking, always focusing on customer service.
Born and raised in Southern California, she later moved to the Midwest. Together with her two sons, she survived the harsh winters of Minnesota and Wisconsin. Now as an Oregon resident, she lives close to her immediate family but dearly misses her grown sons who stayed in the Midwest.
When asked what she likes most about her job she says she likes her coworkers and the team support she receives. She also enjoys assisting her team and clients. In her spare time Michelle enjoys traveling, dancing, walking, visiting the beach, scrapbooking, and spending time with family.
