Tell us how you got to ABI Insurance. I was working for a captive agency and looking for a change and a challenge. I saw a job posting for ABI Insurance. I took the leap to apply and got the job.
How long have you worked at ABI Insurance? I have worked at ABI for about ten months. I started in June 2023.
How long have you worked in the insurance industry? I have worked in the industry for five years.
Outside of your favorite vacation spot, where is your happy place? My happy place is the beach. It brings me calmness and clarity. I enjoy putting my feet in the sand and listening to the sounds of the ocean.
What shows are you streaming these days? I normally love watching documentaries on Netflix. I recently finished a series called Firefly Lane and I loved it!
What do you like to do when you are not helping someone with insurance? I like to relax at home with my kids and declutter and organize my home. I enjoy switching things up with some cute home décor.
Tell us about your family. I grew up in a big, blended family with seven siblings. I love having a big family because when we get together with our kids, we have a great time! We all enjoy the same things since we grew up in the same household. We love a good movie night and to have delicious carne asada barbecues in the summer.
What is your favorite food? I love all sorts of food! I’m a major foodie and always looking for new places to try. I feel like in the end it has to be pizza, you can never go wrong with a good slice of pizza. Yum, comfort food!
What was the last movie you saw? The Iron Claw.
What did you want to be when you grew up? I wanted to be a veterinarian. I love animals.
What was your favorite memory as a kid? Family road trips. I always came prepared with a good pillow, CD player, word puzzles and our portable DVD player. Of course, that was because I was not the one driving, ha-ha! As an adult, I took my first road trip to California last summer and it was exhausting.
